    Comprehensive Cancer Center Work Based Travel Guide

    This information has been collected through collaboration with Export Control, OTDI, IT Security, Travel Office, Office of Business and Finance, and other OSU teams.

     

    NOTE:  All guidelines and policies consider current US and International Law and may be amended at anytime due to changes in domestic and foreign policies

     

    General Information:
    Official travel must be registered via workday to ensure your trip is properly accounted for and any travel policies for travel abroad are taken into consideration. For more information, please see the Office of Business and Finance travel site. Travel | Business and Finance

     

    For OSU Wexner Medical Center information regarding travel please contact the OSUWMC IT Security department: ITSecurity@osumc.edu

     

    For International Travel:
    You are required to perform a ITRC assessment through the International Travel Review Committee.  You can contact the Office of Internal Affairs for more information on this process: oia@osu.edu

     

    You will receive the “International Acknowledgement of Understanding Document” to read and sign.  This will be sent automatically after registering your travel plans in Workday.

    For CCC supported staff, we highly recommend requesting a loaner laptop via the Cancer IT Portal to take with you instead of your primary work device. 

     

    The Export Controls office will communicate with you any requirements to ensure all controls are adhered to: University Activities | Enterprise for Research, Innovation and Knowledge at Ohio State
