  • OSUCCC Membership Application
    • Apply here:  https://cpadmin.osumc.edu/apps/apply
    • You must use your osu.# username to complete the application
    • Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our program leaders.

  • General Administration

  • Space, Operations, and Projects
    • SOP Website:  https://ccc.osu.edu/SOP
    • Your go-to resource for anything related to your lab space.
    • The homepage includes the online request form—please use this to submit new requests or to report issues/concerns.
    • The site also covers policies, best practices, shared equipment, and more. Bookmark it for future reference, and make sure your staff are aware of the site.

  • Rees Equipment Monitoring
    • For equipment monitoring quotes, contact Will Towns at William.Towns@osumc.edu.
    • Send him a list of units (e.g., LN2, -80) and quantities needed. He’ll coordinate installation and provide an overview of the system.
    • Important: Keep your emergency call and email lists updated. While most monitoring is managed centrally, labs are responsible for maintaining these lists.
    • Per OSUCCC policy, monitoring is required for freezers storing research or patient samples.
    • Labs pay for the initial investment of probes/transmitters, but the OSUCCC covers annual validations/calibrations and addresses issues when necessary.
