The Center for Cancer Mentoring, Education, Leadership and Oncology-Related Training (CAMELOT) serves as the centralized hub fostering cancer research and education for all levels of trainees.

The specific aims of CAMELOT are to:

Aim 1. Provide integration and coordination of training opportunities for cancer research across the OSUCCC. CAMELOT provides administrative support, information dissemination, and outcome tracking for all CAMELOT led and supported initiatives from high school trainees through faculty and leadership.
Aim 2. Foster an inclusive environment and support professional development opportunities for cancer-focused researchers. To address key workforce needs and promote diversity, CAMELOT offers, facilitates and promotes professional development programming for OSUCCC cancer researchers.
Aim 3. Implement tailored training for cancer-based mentoring. CAMELOT is implementing tailored peer-to-peer, senior-to-junior, and leadership mentoring programs to OSUCCC faculty and mentors to improve career outcomes, satisfaction, and sense of belonging of mentees.
