The Comprehensive Cancer Center follows the NIH guidelines for postdoctoral compensation.  Changes in compensation are made during the Annual Merit Compensation Process (AMCP).

Guidance from the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is that postdocs should not be in a postdoctoral researcher position for more than 5 years.  Global Affairs will not extend a visa for a post doc who is at or beyond the 5-year mark.  The post doc will need to be converted to another position.  Please work with your HR Consultant for assistance.
