Important information related to timekeeping:

- Make sure all bi-weekly timesheets are approved in Workday by the University deadline (the Tuesday after the biweekly pay period ends by 12:00pm). https://admin.resources.osu.edu/workday/workday-for-managers-and-leaders/time-tracking-for-managers.
- Make sure employees are limiting manual edits to their timesheets (for those staff on the Workday timeclock). https://admin.resources.osu.edu/workday/workday-for-managers-and-leaders/edit-time-entry-method.

- Make sure terminations are entered into Workday prior to an employee’s last date of employment. https://admin.resources.osu.edu/workday/workday-for-employees/submit-a-resignation-in-workday.
- Make sure any employees working remote or hybrid have an active Flexible Work Arrangement Agreement on file (https://hr.osu.edu/policies/flexible-work/).
- Make sure staff and students do not start until the official date in the offer letter and when they have been notified by HR Talent the person has cleared all pre-employment requirements.
- Make sure you collect all University assets from employees leaving the Comprehensive Cancer Center (includes but not limited to: Laptops, monitors, office keys, and badges).
