Job Postings and Reclassifications

To streamline the process for requesting and posting a new or backfilled position or a reclassification of current staff, Comprehensive Cancer Center position-request process will now be done through REDCap.  REDCap is a more transparent system in which requestors can see the status of their request throughout the process. REDCap also will reduce the number of emails between requestors and other areas involved in the approval process.  Requests will be reviewed on a biweekly basis.

Reclassifications

Please work with your HR Consultant ahead of entering a request for a reclassification in Workday.  Your HR Consultant will send the current position description and you will track changes and send back to your HR Consultant who will work with you and Compensation (if needed) to determine the job profile/mapping and compensation. 

 

Upon REDCap approval, your HR Consultant will make the reclassification entry in Workday on your behalf.
